According to county health officials in Cordele, GA, the Watermelon Capital Speedway has been advised not to hold their annual Championship Racing Association (CRA) "SpeedFest" event due to the spike in Covid-19 cases.
CRA is currently seeking alternative racetracks that may be able to host the event and is expected to release a statement to reschedule or cancel completely by the end of the week.
